The 58th Annual Conference of the WHA takes place on October 17-20, 2018 in San Antonio, Texas at the Hyatt Regency San Antonio.

Exhibits:

  • Exhibits will be available for setup after 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 17. Exhibits are open to attendees Thursday & Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. - 1 p.m.
  • Two complimentary conference registrations will be provided with each single conference booth reserved (four for double & six for triple booths). We ask that all exhibitors pre-register for the conference. (Conference registration will be available July 1, 2018.)
  • SS&G Management has again been selected as your official exhibit service coordinator. 
  • Exhibitor kits, booth numbers, and the exhibits hall map will be available in August.
  • Reservation rates will increase by $100 after April 15 and by $200 after September 1. Please make your reservation before April 15 to receive the lowest rate and to be featured in our program!

Advertisements:

  • The deadline to reserve space for an advertisement in the WHA conference program is April 15, 2018. 
  • Ad space is limited. Requests will be made in the order they are received.
  • Ad sizes may be either a half page (4.5"x7.5") or a full page (7.5"x10"). 
  • Ads are due April 15, 2018. Please submit files in high resolution PDF via email to westernhistoryassociation@gmail.com

Online Advertisements:

  • Ads will appear on the WHA conference pages.
  • Rates will increase by $75 after April 15th, 2018 and by $150 after September 1st, 2018. Please make sure you reserve your spot!
