Base fee:
  • Please select this registration type if you wish to reserve an exhibit booth and an advertisement space.

    Note that all exhibitors will need to register for the conference as well. The WHA will contact you with a registration code as soon as your booth reservation is processed and registration opens (June 2026).

    All advertisements will need to be sent to the WHA office via email at wha@westernhistory.org
  • Please select this registration type if you wish to reserve an exhibit booth and an advertisement space after April 15, when rates increased by $150.

    Note that all exhibitors will need to register for the conference as well. The WHA will contact you with a registration code as soon as your booth reservation is processed and registration opens (June 2026).

Cancellation Policy: 

No refunds will be issued on advertisement reservations. Any requests to cancel exhibit space after June 1, 2026, will not be refunded.
