2024 Sponsor's Guide

By supporting the Western History Association as a sponsor you will help to bring a level of entertainment and excellence to the 2024 WHA Conference in Kansas City!

Every year the WHA Annual Conference provides attendees with a wide variety of options to learn about the North American West. By promoting the study of the west through the lens of a "big tent," the organization prides itself in offering the profession with one of the most friendly, inclusive, and diverse history meetings. Estimated expenses for the annual conference include fees to cover special events, materials, printing, tote bags, water stations, shipping, technology, student sponsorship, staff, receptions, and major programmatic initiatives for WHA's Standing Committees

All sponsors receive their name in the printed program and on the general onsite conference signage.

Sponsors in the Green Tier receive one complimentary conference registration and a verbal "thank you" mention in the Executive Director's public remarks at the Welcoming Reception, President Lunch, and Awards Ceremony.

Purple Tier sponsors receive all of the above, plus one additional complimentary conference registration.
